- The Borrower agrees to repay the full amount (Loan plus Sponsor’s fee plus Platform fee) by the due date.
- If the Borrower makes a payment before the due date, then there shall be no prepayment penalty.
- The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that frisbeeme can suspend your account if the loan is not repaid by the due date.
- The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that frisbeeme can share your loan details, loans in good standing, and loans that have not been repaid to the credit rating agencies.
